We believe it's our job to make sure what you do online meets your strategic needs and objectives. Sometimes that means you need a new website, sometimes it doesn't. Regardless of the solution, we employ a proven four-part process to create and deliver some of the best websites in the industry.
We believe your online presence should be unique to you, your needs and your audiences. So we learn everything we can about you and your goals: short, medium, and long term. We work with you to understand how your organization work both online and offline, to understand how to position your online presence both internally and externally.
This is the highly detailed planning process of web-design. Working through the critical issues of navigation, information priorities (what’s most important for users to find first, second, third etc.), page order, content, and special features such as social media, database storage and management, online fundraising, donor management, blast email tools, and overall integrating with your existing and planned outreach programs. Our ability to dive deep, getting to know every detail of how your organization works and how your online presence should integrates with every aspect of your organization, is our greatest strength. This is one of the reasons that we’re proud never to have suggested the same solution to a different client or developed two websites that look the same.
After we come to a concensus of how your website should look and function, we start to build. We build out every aspect of your site to work and function better than you hoped. Througout your site build we're rigorously testing and re-testing to assure that every feature functions exactly as planned, every link is live, and every page appears perfectly on every screen from PCs to tablets to smartphones.
Well... almost. First, we'll train you on how to effectively manage your website. To guarantee your site is successful we provide an in person training plus phone and e-mail support for six months after your site launches. Once you've had a the necessary time to get accustomed to maintaining your new website your site will go live, and we'll have planned how best to tell the world about your new online presence.Oh ya, and for the first six months as you learn the new software your site is built on it’s on us (no gimmick we just believe that it’s not worth having spent good money on a site only to be nickeled and dimed again.)
